- Estimate submissions are retained for 24 months unless you request earlier deletion.
- Active project communications are retained for the duration of the engagement plus 36 months for audit, support, and warranty purposes.
- Marketing data (e.g. email subscribers) is retained until you unsubscribe.
Your right to deletion
You can request that we delete your data at any time. This includes:
- Your estimate submissions and the descriptions of your ideas.
- Chat messages, emails, and other communications.
- Your contact information.
- Any other personal data we hold about you.

We will confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, subject to any legal obligation we have to retain certain records (such as billing records required for tax purposes).
